Dear Dr. Michael Santo,

My family and I would like to express our gratitude to you for your amazing and uncomparable work. You truly have been a blessing in my life, and I appreciate your kindness. I have been living with an incomplete smile for approximately thirteen years. Most of my childhood was spent in and out of dentist’s offices, having to deal with temporary solutions to my permanent traumatic problem. However, you Doctor Santo were my saving grace; you provided me with a restored mouth. I still can’t believe that my gruesome journey is finally over, thank you for your exceptional services. I have been exposed to many dentists in my life, but you were the only one to inspire me to go into the field of dentistry. You’re an incredible person, and you have a very benevolent nature. I’m forever in your debt. I’m thankful for your care, and understanding. Instead of pity you demonstrated sympathy, and wanted to help me. Your professionalism and your compassion are a combination that cannot be dismissed. You have given me an opportunity to have a normal life, without a mouth full of flaws. You’re truly an upstanding person, and I also am grateful for your support, and guidance throughout my journey becoming a dentist. You have been a friend to my family and I, your friendship is genuine because of your thoughtful, and warm personality. For all five years I have been coming to your office you and your wife always greeted us with a smile and a hug, both of you have always been welcoming. Your wife is extremely generous, and very charismatic. I always felt secure going to your office because I knew I was in good hands, you will always be worth the long commute. Thank you Dr. Santo for being gracious, and good hearted. I hope others will get to meet one of the best, and most unique dentists that there is.
